IFSA

IFC are technical advisers to the Intumescent Fire Seals Association (IFSA). This is the only fire trade association dedicated to the technology and practice of intumescent-based passive fire protection materials and products.

We offer technical advice on behalf of IFSA and support service to specifiers, installers and building control officers, with sales leads generated by the Association being passed to members.

IACSC

IFC act as consultants to the International Association for Cold Storage Construction (IACSC) and authored the Fire Safety section of their Guide on the Design, Construction, Specification and Fire Management of Insulated Envelopes for Temperature Controlled Environments.

IFC Certification Ltd

IFC Certification Ltd is a UKAS approved and internationally recognised provider of high quality and customer focused third party Certification. IFC Certification Ltd has now established Notified Body credentials for the CE Marking of products under the Construction Products Directive. The company is a member of the long established IFC Group of companies including International Fire Consultants Ltd, who have established an enviable independent position offering clients impartial advice across the world.

IFSET

Nv IFSET sa (International Fire Safety Engineering & Technology) was established in July 1994 but in Spring 2005 was brought in as part of the IFC Group of companies to extend our international operations. IFSET are a very competent, qualified and independent engineering office in Fire Safety Management, Design and Engineering with their own unique concepts, knowledge and experience. IFSET is one of the few engineering offices certified for the calculation of SHEVS installations.

Association of Fire Consultants

IFC are one of the founding members of the Association of Fire Consultants (AFC) which is the trade association for independent fire consultants, with aims to promote the fire safety consulting profession and represent its interests with government and other organisations in Europe and elsewhere. Other founding members include Locke Carey, Arup and Tenos to name but a few. The AFC seeks to raise awareness of the range of services available from fire safety consultants and to encourage the highest standards of professionalism.
